Warranty on Professional Installation
 
 

Repair Terms:

 

iShopRepair.ca is not responsible or liable for the loss of any data regardless of how caused. The customer is responsible for backing up all information before the product is repaired or returned for replacement.

 

Walk-in/Mail-in service:

 

All repair services are covered by a 60 day warranty from the date of the original purchase or shipment. Under warranty we will repair or replace any part(s) installed by iShopRepair.ca. All warranties are voided if returned product is found to be abused, scratched, mishandled, mislabeled, modified or altered in any way. Customer is responsible for proper packaging of returns. All warranties will be void on items that are returned inadequately packaged. Merchandise returned under warranty as defective will be tested. Customer is responsible for all the shipping charges associated with returning the defective merchandise for exchange, repair or refund. Repaired devices not collected within 60 days are considered abandoned and will be recycled.
 
A 15% service fee will be charged for specific repair services ordered via the mail-in service that turn out to be unrepairable due to liquid damage. If you have a liquid damaged unit or you are unsure of what is wrong with your device, please have your device tested by ordering the free diagnostic testing service for your model from the website before ordering any repair services.

 

Return Policy:

 

In the event you receive a product that is incorrect or your product is damaged during shipping, please contact us within seven days from the date of receipt to determine if item is eligible for refund, replacement or repair. All parts serial numbers are recorded permanently in our database. All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact (if applicable), and all components, manuals and registration card(s) included. Product that is returned incomplete or damaged, --if accepted-- will require a deduction. This deduction is final. Customer is responsible for all the shipping charges associated with returning the defective merchandise for exchange or refund.

 

Refunds:

 

We guarantee replacement for any product sold and found to be defective within 15 day warranty period. Refunds will not be given on installed parts or repair work; we will only repair the unit that is under warranty. Shipping and handling charges are not-refundable. Customer is responsible for all the shipping charges associated with returning the defective merchandise for exchange or refund. Repair Services purchased online are Non Refundable.
 
Warranty on parts for self-installation:

 

By purchasing parts for self-installation you are assuming all responsibility for any damages done to the part or iPod during installation process. We recommend you to use our professional services.

Please use the Shipping Estimator tool in your Shopping Cart to calculate the costs and delivery times for each shipping option. These costs are calculated based on the product selection and your shipping address.
 
Products & Services with Free Shipping:
 
All products & repair services that include free shipping are shipped via Canada Post Expedited service. All shipments include a Tracking Number.
 
Delivery details:
 
Delivery of your order is subject to the availability of our inventory and the shipping method you select.
 
We may split your order into more than one shipment, depending on the availability of each product. If your order is split you will not be charged for the extra delivery, although your shipping charges may be split over the various invoices. If you need to receive one of your products sooner, we recommend that you place it in a separate order to avoid any possible delays. Your credit card will not be charged until we have shipped your product.
