How to order Free Testing for your iPod, iPhone or iPad:
 
 
Step 1:
 
You must first create an account with us so that all of your details are on file. You can do this by clicking on the "My Account" link in the red bar at the top of the webpage and then selecting the "Create Account" option. Fill in your details.
 
Step 2:
 
Next, select "FREE Testing" from the catagory menu on the left hand side of the webpage and select the iPod you wish to have tested. Add this service to your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add To Cart" button.
 
You can now begin to checkout by clicking on the "Proceed To Checkout" button.
 
Step 3:
 
Check that your name and return shipping details are correct and proceed to the shipping calculator by clicking on the "Proceed To Shipping Calculation" button.
 
Now select the shipping service you would like to use to have your device shipped back to you and click on the "Proceed To Payment Information" button.
 
Step 4:
 
You can now select the type of payment method you would like to use to pay for the return shipping of your device. If you choose to pay via Credit Card or PayPal, you will be re-directed to PayPal's website to make the payment. If you are paying via Cheque or Money Order, you must include the payment with your device when you ship it to our repair facility in Toronto. All cheques must be made payable to iShopRepair.ca
 
Click on The "Checkout" button.....and that's it! You're Done!
 
Safely package and send in your iPod, iPhone or iPad to our Toronto service centre;

How to order Parts & Accessories:

Next, use the catagory menu on the left hand side of the webpage to navigate your way to the Part or Accessory you want to order. Add this item to your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add To Cart" button.

Step 3:
 
Check that your name and return shipping details are correct and proceed to the shipping calculator by clicking on the "Proceed To Shipping Calculation" button.
 
Now select the shipping service you would like to use to have your product shipped back to you and click on the "Proceed To Payment Information" button.
 
Step 4:
 
You can now select the type of payment method you would like to use to pay for your product and shipping. If you choose to pay via Credit Card or PayPal, you will be re-directed to PayPal's website to make the payment. If you are paying via Cheque or Money Order, you must mail the payment to our repair facility in Toronto. All cheques must be made payable to iShopRepair.ca
 
Click on the "Checkout" button.....and that's it! You're Done! You will be notified via email with your Tracking Number within 24 hours.
