iShopRepair.ca also offers a 24-hour mail-in ordering service for all customers unable to make it into our service centre. We commit to 24-hour response on all repair pricing. Simply choose the type of iPod or iPhone you have from our website, use our shipping calculator and pre-pay your return shipping…that’s it! Send us your iPod or iPhone and we will diagnose the problem and send you back a no obligation free quote. We will have your iPod up and running again and shipped back to you within 24 business hours of confirmation.
 
 
 
Service FAQs

Q: How does the free diagnostic testing work?
A: It couldn't be easier:

    Step 1: Create an account so all of your account information is on file
    Step 2: Purchase our free diagnostic testing service
    Step 3: Print a copy of the confirmation email you will receive
    Step 4: Package and send in your iPod or iPhone any way you like
    Step 5: We test it and then give you an affordable quote on repair.
 
Q: If the testing is free why does it cost 1 cent?
A: In order for our system to generate an order number a value must be entered.
 
Q: Are all prices in Canadian Dollars?
A: Yes, all of our prices are in Canadian dollars.
 
Q: What happens if I do not want to have my iPod repaired?
A: No problem, we will offer to buy it so it can be refurbished and resold.

Q: How long does the free iPod diagnostic testing take?
A: You will be contacted by email within 24 hours of receipt with a repair quote. If you would like to proceed with the repairs simply log into your account to make a payment.

Q: What is the turnaround time on repairs?
A: Most repairs are completed and shipped within 24 hours of payment receipt.

Q: What is the difference between iPod Repair and iPod Parts?
A: If you decide to purchase a repair service we will repair the iPod for you (therefore you have to ship the unit to us). If you purchase an iPod Part, we will mail you the item so you can perform the repair yourself.


Q: What iPod Models do you repair?
A: We repair all iPod and iPhone Models except iPod Shuffles.



Shipping FAQs

 
Q: What is covered when paying the shipping for the free diagnostic testing?
A: The shipping cost is for return shipping only, you are responsible for packaging and sending your iPod to us.

Q: Can I request overnight shipping?
A: Yes, you can select overnight shipping at the end of the checkout procedure.

Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: Yes, we ship anywhere in the world.


Q: What is your lost package policy?
A: All packages are insured for the current value, if a package is lost it will be replaced or a refund for the insured amount will be given.

Q: Can I ship my iPod to you without prepaying for return shipping?
A: Yes, if you would like to skip the online process, please include all contact info with your iPod. Shipping will be added to the price of repair.


Q: Why haven't you sent me a box to ship my iPod in?
A: We do not send boxes to the customer. You have to package and mail it in yourself.
 
Q: But I paid for shipping?
A: The shipping cost calculated when you purchase a repair or diagnostic is for return shipping back to you.



Warranty FAQs

Q: How long is your warranty?
A: We are so confident in our expertise that we back all iPod parts and labour with an incredible one year warranty.

Q: What are the terms of your warranty?
A: Under warranty we will repair or replace any part(s) installed by us. Refunds will not be given on parts or repair work, however you may upgrade or trade-in your unit for a refurbished product from our catalog.
